We did manage to have a wonderful time making snow balls and snow boulders before the ash fell on us.
Now that spring is melting all the snow and “break-up” is officially upon us, I look forward to taking advantage of the ash fertilized mud hole that is my yard. I want to plant a veggie garden and some raspberries bushes, but I will be happy if I just get the lawn seeded and the strawberry hill weeded.

I love that snowsuit. Ryvre looks like she is having a ball, hope she doesn't decide to throw snowballs a the black bears down at the dump though!!
There was a volcano eruption? Honestly, KJ, now that Palin is fading back into obscurity, the lower 48 have already forgotten about Alaska. (I still miss you like heck, though.)
